The SwellShell™ isn't a full surf helmet — and that's the point. It's designed to give everyday surfers lightweight head protection without looking or feeling like headgear.
Inside the cap, the ADOOLI™ Fit System pairs a structured shell with a precision-cut 5mm EVA liner, cushioning your head through wipeouts and reef scrapes without adding bulk. An adjustable double D-ring strap keeps it locked on through duck dives and hold-downs.
The structured brim blocks sun and glare and acts as a splash guard on the paddle out — small details that add up over a long session.

On Impact:
PV66+Glass Fiber shell with 5mm EVA foam liner combine for impact testing consistent with EN 812 standard for bump caps - however this product is NOT EN 812 certified

Adjustable snapback closure enables the custom fit for the waterproof hat and also the shell which has built-in "give" zones for flexibility. Double D-ring Chin strap is designed to stay secure and easily adjustable wet or dry
Brim Design:
Built-in brim blocks sun and deflects the splash on a paddle out
Materials:
Lightweight, quick-dry outer shell
Water-resistant and salt-tolerant components
Sizes:
One Size Fits Most, just like a snapback hat (head circumference 54–61cm)
